Service Description
Determination of: -Lactate zones; indirect measurement of mitochondrial function. -Substrate utilization; grams of Carbohydrates and Fats burned at different intensities. -Macronutrient consumption recommendations in daily and training diet -Athlete classification based on their current physiological ability -Training zones. -Race pace zones. -Maximal oxygen utilization (Vo2Max); the gold-standard measurement of endurance performance -Economy; movement effectiveness. -Gross Efficiency; percentage of total energy used for exercise. -Training effectiveness evaluation. -Biomechanical function at varying intensities.
